Step 4: Sign Your Contract and Become a Landowner
Just like your typical home real estate, you’ll need to sign a contract for the purchase of your new land. You can sign this contract electronically, and once you complete the process you’ll receive an email with all the details and information. You’ll receive your land contract, promissory note, and purchase sales agreement. Once you pay off your note, we will issue your warranty deed, along with the other paperwork required by the specific county you’re in.
