Have no fear. You can really trust this company.  Joanna H. Like many people, during the Covid lockdown, my husband and I got restless and began reevaluating what we wanted to do with our lives. One little “pipe dream” we always had was to buy a piece of remote land somewhere beautiful and isolated. In March 2021, I began looking online for cheap land and what I found was a lot of “scammy” sites. Then I found Ben at Land Direct USA. The process was super easy. I found a parcel I liked, sent an inquiry, and was able to get the paperwork and send a deposit immediately. Ben’s assistant Nyzy is extremely responsive. They even gave us a grace period in which we could go check out the land in person and if it wasn’t what we expected, we could choose something else. We visited the parcel in Arizona a few weeks later and it was exactly what had been in photos — even staked out. I set the small monthly payments on Autopay and was surprised to hear from Nyzy a couple weeks ago telling me my final payment had been made and sending me the paperwork for the deed to be recorded in our names.This is cheap, undeveloped land — but it’s a little spot we like to visit and dream up future projects like an off grid cabin.The whole process was seamless, I found Ben & Nyzy extremely trustworthy and informative, and I wish they’d move into the Nevada land market because I would happily buy more parcels from them but don’t understand the auction process well enough to acquire land the way they do. AWESOME company for every step of the process! 1) Website has detailed info (vs. generic or sparse listings). 2) Real, actual human beings (not bots) follow up with you promptly and directly. 3) They offer a warranty deed (not some rando pulling a fast one online or listing land with title issues) that is filed at the appropriate local office. 4) No realtor fees – they pay the filing fee and mail you your deed. 5) They offer cash AND locked financing deals (which I didn’t need, but was good they offered it). Overall, everything is clear, detailed, promptly taken care of, and not only do they have stellar reviews/reputation on Google/BBB, they offer some guarantee/buyback opportunities if you aren’t happy. Was nervous about going down this path (first time), but was impressed with their competence and service – would buy from them again and recommend it to others! *They recommend you actually check out the land in person before purchase, which I did, to get a realistic idea of what you’re getting and what improvements you’d need to make. I had a really good experience.Make sure to do your due diligence on the land, there are some lots on this website that are not worth a penny, but other lots are great deals. I would not recommend purchasing until you have physically been to the lot and read the restrictions and bylaws first. What I can say about Ben Davis and Land Direct USA is that he’s really made it a stunningly efficient, very comfortable process to buy land. Seeing his ad on Facebook after a friend saw and forwarded it to us, we contacted him, and his response was immediate. We were amazed at how easy Ben made the process of buying land. It was so well coordinated, everything dovetailed together seamlessly. After our request for more information, we completed a short application online, and after approval, made a down payment also online, then the document review of contract, e-signing of sales agreement/land contract and setting it up for auto payment.
