RVs and campers can't be used as living quarters. There is no time limit to build.

The lots are on paved roads, with power from Volunteer Energy Cooperative, South Cumberland Utility District water and septic service in the area. POA dues are about $120 a year, and most lots pay about $13 to $43 a year in property taxes.
