Program description
Land Direct USA, LLC operates a text message program called Land Direct USA Property Alerts. If you give us your consent, we may send you text messages about the property you enquired about, the progress of a purchase you are making, and your account with us.
We text only people who have agreed to receive messages from us. You can give consent in any of these ways:
- By ticking the SMS consent box on a form on landdirectusa.com
- By submitting our SMS opt-in page at landdirectusa.com/sms-opt-in
- By telling a Land Direct USA representative directly during a phone call
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase and is never required to use any part of our service. You can decline text messages and still enquire, buy property and hold an account with us in every other way.
Message frequency
Land Direct USA Property Alerts is a recurring message program. Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us. Most people receive a small number of messages relating to a specific property enquiry.

How to stop receiving messages
Reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will send you no further texts.
Stopping text messages does not affect your account, your purchase, or any other way we contact you. We will still be able to reach you by phone and email.
