This was such a fantastic experience! Super friendly, fast, and great prices. I bought two lots in AZ and after my payment cleared the deed was filed with Yuma County a week after that. I received my signed and notarized copies in the mail six days after that. Sixteen days later Yuma County recorded the deed in my name and the deal was complete... What a smooth transaction...
